Instructions

For the sauce: Combine 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, and 2 tablespoons bbq sauce in a bowl and mix well.

Spread a thawed burger patty thinly onto one side of a tortilla using your fingers.

Season the burger side with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the tortilla with the burger face down in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Use a paper towel to absorb any extra grease in the pan.

Flip the tortilla over, add your cheese of choice to the cooked burger side, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the beef is cooked all the way through.

Remove from the pan, add shredded lettuce, pickles, and the prepared sauce. Enjoy!
