I've teamed up with @earthboundfarm to create this recipe using their high quality, delicious organic produce 🤤 This salad is the perfect weeknight dinner when you want something fresh, but flavorful on the dinner table in a matter of minutes!
Prepare dressing in a mason jar by shaking until ingredients are well combined. Toss spinach, cucumber, avocado, basil, dill and walnuts together in a bowl and toss to combine. Serve, and top with filet, dressing, cheese and more fresh herbs (optional) in that order. Enjoy!
